THE INTERNAL DISPUTE RESOLUTION COMMITTEE (IDRC)
The IDRC is a Committee established to address Advocates’ Industrial Action matters and professional disputes in the first instance with an aim to preserve the dignity of the legal profession.
Since its inception, the committee has constantly received and addressed Complaints touching Majorly on Advocate Employment matters.
At its meeting of December 18 2017 and January 18 2018, the Committee reinstated its dedication to promote justice for Members through dispute resolution.
In its recent meeting of January 18 2018, the Committee reviewed and agreed to avail a Complaints Form for members seeking its assistance to fill and submit either a scanned or physical copy through the Secretariat of the Lsk Nairobi Branch.
