LSK Nairobi Branch is working to improve standards in all areas of the practice of law. As an initiative of the Litigation Practice Committee, one of the ways in which this is being done is by practitioners evaluating the performance of Magistrates and Judges in the performance of their duties in Court.
By receiving feedback on this, we will be able to note the areas that need improvement, and forward the recommendations thereof.
